A numerical escape sequence (&# or &#x) resolved to an invalid unicode code point. Example: &#xffffff

PrematureEnd

The input ended prematurely (ie. inside an unterminated named entity sequence).

IoError(Error)

An IO error occured.

EncodingError

The supplied Reader produces invalid UTF-8.
